Project Engineer

Provide support to PM for the development of upstream oil and gas support facilities, including but not limited to camps, shops, warehouses, and WWT facilities.  Work with supply chain developing a strategy, secure approval for same, prequalify vendors, and develop all necessary procurement documents.  Extensive experience in the procurement of EPC contractors are critical including design, procurement, fabrication and installation of the facilities including all rolling stock, tools, first fills and furnishings.

Responsible for managing contractor (s) with an agreed upon budget and schedule; work closely with CM to develop and leverage the appropriate oversight of fabrication and installation; work closely with QM to develop and leverage the appropriate company oversight to ensure a quality product is deliver; and work closely with the Commissioning Manager and Operations to develop a comprehensive plan to commission and start-up the facilities. Will also include working with the Project Services, to ensure the risks are identified, recorded and proactively managed, cost and schedule reporting is due per requirements and company procedures are followed.

Must work well with contractors and be goal oriented and experience on the North Slope of Alaska.

Requirement:  BS or MS degree or equivalent in an appropriate field; preferably have a PMP and/or PE.
